Payments in your RecordFlower webshop are made through Stripe - one of the most widely used and reliable payment processors in the world. The process is simple for you as a seller and smooth for your buyers.
The checkout process for your buyer
A buyer chooses an item, puts it in the shopping cart and checks out through a clear Stripe checkout. After payment, the buyer immediately receives an order confirmation email. The entire checkout process is fully responsive and works on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Your Stripe account, your money
Payments arrive directly to your own Stripe account - not to a RecordFlower suspense account. RecordFlower has no access to your money. You will receive payment automatically in your bank account the day after shipment confirmation.
Transaction fees
RecordFlower itself does not charge any transaction fees per order. Stripe charges standard processing fees; these are charged 1-to-1 with no markup. Current Stripe rates by payment method and country can be found at stripe.com/pricing.
