RecordFlower is free to use for 14 days without credit card information with full and professional support. After that, monthly recurring costs are charged based on the chosen subscription plan.

We offer flexible subscriptions based on your sales volume and marketplace integrations. Check our pricing list above for current plans. All subscriptions include Discogs synchronization, a dedicated webshop, and core platform features.

Each RecordFlower partner gets their own isolated webshop with a dedicated database for maximum performance and security. Add your own logo, customize colors and branding, and create the complete identity of your store.

For each RecordFlower partner, we set up a powerful admin environment. This is an isolated environment with its own database and a clear dashboard with important statistics.

In the admin environment, you as a super admin can easily onboard multiple colleagues (add-on). You can also monitor platform performance. Easily manage your inventory, orders, and store settings.

Setting up your own store takes less than 10 minutes. Create an account, connect your payment details within Stripe, and customize your website.

Order received? We notify you immediately via email, and all orders are visible in your admin dashboard. The change is immediately synchronized to Discogs.

As a seller, you are responsible for shipping your order.

Currently, the subscription plans have four different add-ons:

• Want to add extra users/admins to the admin environment? You pay ... euros extra per user per month.
• Want to remove the RecordFlower logo and branding from your website? You pay 4 euros extra per month.
• Exceed the max number of syncs per month? You'll need to scale up.

All payments are processed through Stripe. By using Stripe Connect, we ensure seamless payment and transaction handling between buyer and seller.

Once you have an order and mark it as shipped, the payment is executed and deposited to your bank account one day later.

As a RecordFlower partner, you specify which currencies you prefer to be paid in.

All user data is stored in a dedicated isolated database. The data is hosted on a dedicated server that meets ... certifications.
