Art. 1

What cookies are

1.1

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit our website.

1.2

This statement covers recordflower.com. The webshops our sellers run on their own domain are covered by article 5.

Art. 2

Functional cookies

2.1

These cookies are strictly necessary. Without them you cannot log in and the platform cannot keep your session or your language choice. They are placed without consent, which the law allows for strictly necessary cookies.
Name Purpose Duration
recordflower_session Keeps your session and your login active 168 hours
XSRF-TOKEN Protects forms against cross-site request forgery Session
cookie_consent Remembers whether you accepted or declined cookies 20 years
storefront_buyer_remember Keeps you signed in to a shop account 90 days

Art. 3

Analytical and marketing cookies

3.1

We use Google Tag Manager to measure how our website is used. It is loaded only after you accept cookies, and not before.

3.2

If you decline, no tag manager and no measurement cookies are loaded, and the rest of the site keeps working exactly the same.

3.3

We do not place advertising cookies and we do not follow you across other websites.

Art. 4

Your consent

4.1

On your first visit we ask whether you accept cookies. Declining is one click, exactly like accepting, and we record your choice so we do not ask again.

4.2

You can change your mind at any time by removing our cookies in your browser. The question then returns on your next visit.

Art. 5

Cookies in your own storefront

5.1

A webshop a seller runs on RecordFlower places its own functional cookies for the shopping basket, the checkout and the chosen language.

5.2

The seller decides what else runs in their shop, and is the controller for the visitors of that shop. Their own cookie statement applies there, not this one.

Art. 6

Managing cookies in your browser

6.1

You can block cookies entirely through your browser settings, or delete cookies that were already placed.

6.2

Blocking functional cookies means you can no longer log in and the platform will not work correctly.
