How do you process an order through your RecordFlower webshop?

A buyer has placed an order through your webshop. What happens next, and what is expected of you? The process is clear and fully managed from your dashboard.

You receive an immediate notification

Once a buyer places an order, you will immediately receive an email notification. The order is also immediately visible in your management environment, including all order details: name, address, item ordered and amount paid.

You take care of shipping

You pack and ship the item via your own carrier. The choice of carrier and packaging is entirely up to you. Once you mark the order as "shipped" in your dashboard and enter the track & trace information, the buyer will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email.

Payment will follow the day after shipment

After your shipment confirmation, payment is automatically deposited into your bank account the next day via Stripe. You don't have to prepare invoices or chase payments yourself. The payment flow is fully automated.
