How do you cancel your RecordFlower subscription?
Canceling with RecordFlower is easy and hassle-free. There is no notice period, no penalty and no mandatory phone call. Here's how it works.
Cancel via your dashboard
You cancel your subscription through your RecordFlower dashboard. Go to 'Subscription' and choose 'Cancel Subscription'. You will receive a confirmation email. Your webshop will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.
No penalties, no notice periods
RecordFlower does not apply notice periods or penalties for early termination. For a monthly subscription, billing stops after the current month. For an annual subscription, there is no refund for the remaining months - you do remain active until the end of the paid period.
Export your data in advance
After cancellation, your webshop settings and customer data will be deleted. Would you like to keep your order history? Then export it in advance via your dashboard. Your Discogs account and your Stripe account are completely yours and will remain untouched after cancellation.
