What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Your free trial expires. What are your options, what will change and what will happen to your data?
You will receive a notification
At the end of the 14 days, you will receive an email notification from RecordFlower. You will be asked to make a choice: continue with a subscription or stop. Nothing will be automatically renewed or charged.
Continue: activate subscription
If you choose to continue, you activate your subscription via your dashboard. You choose monthly or yearly, enter your payment details and your shop will remain active without interruption. Everything you set up during the trial period is retained.
Stop: your data will be deleted
If you choose not to continue, your customer data and webshop settings will be deleted. Would you like to keep your order history? Then export it in advance via your dashboard. Of course, your Discogs account and your Stripe account remain unaffected - they belong entirely to you.
**What does this mean for you?
After the trial period, the choice is completely yours. No automatic renewal, no hidden fees. You decide consciously.
