What happens to your data when you cancel your subscription?
When you cancel your RecordFlower subscription, your data is deleted. What exactly is deleted, what is retained and what can you export in advance?
What will be deleted
After cancellation and the end of your subscription period, your webshop settings, customer data, order data and your RecordFlower account data will be deleted. Your isolated database environment will be completely deleted in accordance with the AVG/GDPR legislation.
What will be retained
Your Discogs account, your Discogs inventory and your Stripe account are completely yours and will remain unaffected. RecordFlower will no longer have access to these after cancellation. The OAuth link with Discogs will automatically expire.
Export in advance what you want to keep
Do you want to save your order history or customer data? Then export these in advance via your dashboard. After cancellation, this is no longer possible. Make sure you do this before the end of your subscription period.
**What does this mean for you?
Your data will be deleted neatly after cancellation - in accordance with European privacy laws. Export what you want to keep before you cancel.
