An isolated database per seller

Every RecordFlower seller runs in a fully own, isolated database. Your data is never accessible to other users of the platform. There is no shared environment. Every webshop sits in a separate database environment.

European servers, GDPR-compliant

All data is stored on servers in Europe. RecordFlower complies with GDPR legislation. We store sensitive data such as access keys in encrypted form. We never store your password. For your sales channels, you grant secure authorization once; for Stripe and Mollie, the connection runs through Stripe Connect and Mollie Connect.

Managed and monitored

RecordFlower hosts your webshop on professional European infrastructure and monitors the platform continuously. In the event of an outage, we inform you through your dashboard and by email.

What does this mean for you?

Your data is isolated, encrypted where necessary, and stored in accordance with European legislation. RecordFlower has no access to your Stripe or Mollie account or your money.
