Setting shipping costs in your webshop: here's how

You decide which countries you ship to and at what rate. You configure this once through your dashboard. After that, the buyer sees your shipping costs automatically at checkout.

Your own rate per country

Go to the shipping settings in your dashboard. Select the countries you ship to and enter your rate per country. You charge per order, per item, or by weight. Buyers outside your selected countries can't place an order. This prevents shipping requests you can't fulfill.

Free shipping above a set amount

For each country, you set a threshold above which you ship for free. If a buyer orders above that amount, shipping costs are waived automatically, a simple way to encourage larger orders.

Adjust flexibly

Need to adjust a rate because postage costs went up, or offer free shipping temporarily? You can change your shipping costs at any time through your dashboard. The change is visible to buyers immediately.

Physical shipping is your responsibility
