Setting shipping costs in your webshop: how to do it

You decide which countries you ship to and what the shipping costs are for each country. Through your RecordFlower dashboard, you set this once - then your shipping costs are automatically visible to buyers during checkout.

Per country your own rate

In your dashboard, go to shipping settings. You select the countries you want to ship to and enter your shipping rate for each country. Buyers outside your selected countries cannot place an order - this way you avoid unwanted shipping requests.

Flexible customization

Want to temporarily offer free shipping for a specific country? Or adjust a rate because postal costs have increased? You adjust your shipping rates at any time through your dashboard. The change is immediately visible to buyers.

Physical shipping is your responsibility

RecordFlower handles order administration and payment - physical shipping is your own responsibility. You choose your own carrier and packing material. Once you have shipped the package, mark the order as shipped in your dashboard.
