Manual synchronization: when and how to do it

RecordFlower automatically synchronizes your Discogs inventory every night. But there are times when you don't want to wait. Then start a manual synchronization - right from your dashboard.

**When is manual syncing useful?

You have just added a large batch of new releases to Discogs and want them to be immediately visible in your webshop. Or you have implemented a price promotion and want it live today. In those cases, you start a manual sync so that your webshop immediately shows the most current state of your inventory.

How it works

Log in to your RecordFlower dashboard. Go to "Sync" and click "Sync Now. RecordFlower immediately retrieves your most recent Discogs inventory and processes all changes in your shop. The process takes a few seconds to a few minutes depending on your inventory size.

Sync limits and rebooking

Each sync - automatic or manual - counts as one sync. Standard packages include 40 syncs per month. Pro customers receive 150 syncs per month, with fixed sync times at 00:00, 08:00, 13:00 and 19:00. Additional syncs can be booked per 20 pieces for €5 per month, excluding VAT.

**What does this mean for you?

Manual synchronization gives you direct control over when your webshop is updated. Use it at times when being up-to-date is extra important.
