When and how you receive payouts through your webshop

After a successful sale through your RecordFlower web shop, you want to know when the money will be in your account. The payout process is simple and fully automated.

The payout trigger: shipping confirmation

Payment for an order is released as soon as you mark the order as "shipped" in your dashboard and enter the track & trace information. This is the signal for Stripe to process the payout.

Payout the next day

After your shipping confirmation, the amount will be automatically deposited into your bank account the next day. You do not need to submit manual disbursement requests. The process is fully automatic through your Stripe connection.

Insight through your Stripe dashboard

Via your own Stripe dashboard, you have insight into your transactions, outstanding payouts and payment history at all times. RecordFlower also provides an overview of your orders and sales statistics in your own management environment.
