You link your Discogs account, your Stripe account and your customer data to RecordFlower. It's a legitimate question: how secure is your data with our platform?

** Isolated database per partner**

Each RecordFlower partner has its own completely isolated database. Your data is never accessible to other users of the platform. There is no shared environment - each vendor runs in a completely separate database environment.

European servers, AVG compliant

All user data is stored on servers located in Europe. RecordFlower is AVG/GDPR compliant. Sensitive data, such as API keys and account tokens, are stored encrypted. Passwords are never stored.

Uptime and reliability

RecordFlower guarantees an uptime of 99.9%. The platform is built on robust infrastructure and is continuously monitored. In case of outages, you will be notified via your dashboard and email.

**What does this mean for you?

Your data is secure, isolated and stored in accordance with European laws and regulations. RecordFlower has no access to your Stripe account or your money.
