# When is the Growth plan the right choice?

Growth is the plan for stores and labels whose situation does not fit a standard plan: custom integrations, agreed response times and capacity of their own.

Growth is RecordFlower's custom plan. It is designed for stores and labels that operate at scale or have wishes the Core and Shop plans do not cover.

## Who is Growth for?

Growth is the right choice if you need integrations that do not exist yet: a till outside the supported list, a warehouse system, an accounting link. If you want agreed response times and priority in onboarding and technical questions. Or if you are a label or distributor: connections with labels and distributors are on our roadmap, and with Growth we discuss what that would take.

## What Growth adds

Growth includes everything in Shop, plus what is agreed for your situation: custom integrations, an SLA with agreed response times, an own sending domain for your customer emails, AI translation of your page texts, upsell options in the shopping cart and capacity reserved for your store alone. The scope is set per customer and the price follows from it.
